You can practically walk to all the best sights in New Orleans from the apartment. The historic street car stop is just 20 steps from the front door of the apartment. The street car service runs from Canal Street to Uptown/Garden District from the Quarter. There are also bike-shares nearby, the RTA public transportation stop is only steps away from the apartment. Uber and Lyft are also very convenient and easy for ride-shares.

Located just above the amazing Baldwin & Co. bookstore & coffee shop in the trendy neighborhood of Marigny just 3 blocks to the French Quarter, a short walk to Louis Armstrong Park, Washington Square, Jackson Square, The French Market, Cafe du Monde, Esplanade St, Frenchman St. clubs and bars, New Orleans Historic Voodoo Museum, Congo Square, and New Orleans Jazz Museum. Pretty much everything from Bourbon Street, Frenchmen Street, Street Car, bike-share, and the Central Business District are all just a short stroll away. The Street Car rail stop is only 20 steps from the front door of apartment. We use high-grade commercial cleaning products.
Two queen size beds adorn this huge bedroom. Each bedroom has it’s on ensuite full bathroom.
Marble from the floor to the top of the 15ft ceiling. This bathroom is not has a vintage cast iron clawfoot bathtub, but it also is equipped with large shower with 3 shower heads, warm natural materials, earthly tones and lots of natural light.
There may be quite a few things that a hot bath won’t cure, but I don’t know many of them.

The Marigny, it is a perfect spot for Festival Season or any other time you are visiting since we are just a short 3 block stroll into the French Quarter. An extension of the French Quarters with a little less busyness and a more homey neighborhood feel. The apartment is located on a main street, therefore please note there is some street traffic noise. Located on the Mardi Gras parade route, we are close to Frenchman street and we are right in the heart of the popular Marigny and Bywater area filled with great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops.
The Marigny is an eclectic and bohemian musicians and artists community just outside the French Quarter. This is a safe and walkable neighborhood with lots of unusual bars, thrift stores, music, dining, and coffee shops in the area that the locals enjoy. Located a few steps away from Frenchman Street, which is the best street for enjoying the local jazz scene of New Orleans as well as St. Claude Ave which is an up and coming street with art galleries/bars and vaudeville/circus nexus of the city.
